When you come to Pendleton any time after October 10, you will be greeted by the very creative Scarecrows around town that are participating in the Annual Pendleton Scarecrow Contest. These are not your usual garden variety scarecrows. They are fun and very unique. Be sure to visit us while the Scarecrows are In Town!
