Recycling Update: Curbside recycling is temporarily paused effective June 29, 2026, due to the Town’s recycling truck being out of service. Recycling carts placed at the curb during this time will be collected as trash. Residents may continue recycling by visiting the Anderson County Recycling Center at 600 East Queen Street.

Food trucks are now allowed in Downtown Pendleton. Due to recent changes in the Town’s Business License Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance, as many as five food trucks at one time may be permitted to be Downtown.
Food truck operators will be able to park in several spaces around the Village Green, once they complete the proper paperwork and obtain a business license from Town Hall.
