Leadership Pendleton

Leadership Pendleton is a program designed to build leadership skills and provide information about the resources of our community. The program consists of eleven sessions, most of which are held on Monday evenings. Three sessions are all-day sessions.

Sessions address such topics as:

  • personal leadership skills
  • history and heritage
  • economic development
  • local government
  • arts/culture/festivals
  • education
  • state government
  • public safety/waste water treatment/recycling
  • health/human services

Graduates will plan and implement a class project in the community upon completion of the course.

The course is sponsored by the Town of Pendleton and is facilitated by the Board of Regents.

The program is open to anyone who lives or works in the Pendleton Community. Class size is limited to 25 on a first come - first served basis. The tuition fees is $60 per person.
