December 2010 - A message from Randy Hayes, Mayor of Pendleton, SC
On December 9th, I was asked to present the Annual State of Pendleton Address at an event sponsored by the Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce and the Pendleton Area Council.
It is my opinion that the information provided was significant enought that it should be shared with as many of our citizens as possible. Therefore I have directed that the following information be made available on our Town of Pendleton website as well as ensuring that hard copies be made available to those without computer access.
